This policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, and supported after checkout.
Shipping area
All orders are fulfilled from our Israel warehouse. The price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes. Customers do not pay extra import fees at delivery.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, product launches, high order volume, or when additional order verification is required.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays can happen because of carrier volume, address issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Address accuracy
